Pak Army Jobs 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality:

• Male citizens of Pakistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan

• Both married and unmarried men can apply

Age Limit (as of 24 November 2025):

• Naib Khateeb (Junior Commissioned Officer): 20 to 28 years

  • For serving army personnel: 22 to 35 years (1–16 years of service)

• Sipahi (Soldier) Trades: 17.5 to 23 years

• Sanitary Worker: 17.5 to 35 years

• Relaxation:

  • 1 year for graduates

  • 2 years for children of martyrs, injured soldiers, and licensed drivers

  • 3 years for residents of Balochistan and merged districts of KP

Educational Qualifications:

• Naib Khateeb:

  • Dars-e-Nizami from HEC-recognized madrassa

  • Minimum FA/FSc or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Arabic, Qira’at, and Hifz is preferred

• Sipahi (General Duty / Driver / Military Police):

  • Minimum Matric

  • For Balochistan, merged KP districts, and martyrs’ children: Middle (except Military Police)

• Technical Trade: Matric Science (Grade C or above)

• Clerk: Intermediate (Grade C)

  • Grade D accepted from Balochistan, merged KP districts, and Gilgit-Baltistan

  • Preference for those with computer diplomas

• Cook: Preferably experienced

• Sanitary Worker: Illiterate or up to Primary education

Physical Standards (Minimum Height):

• Naib Khateeb: 5 ft 3 in (160 cm)

• General Duty / Technical / Driver: 5 ft 6 in (167.5 cm)

• Military Police: 5 ft 8 in (173 cm)

• Clerk / Sanitary Worker: 5 ft 3 in (160 cm)

• Height relaxation: 2 inches for Balochistan, merged KP districts, and Gilgit-Baltistan (except Clerk, Military Police, Sanitary Worker)

Position Details – Join Pak Army 2025

1. Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb):
This position is for religious leaders within the Pakistan Army. Candidates must have completed Dars-e-Nizami from an HEC-recognized madrassa along with minimum FA/FSc or equivalent education. Proficiency in Arabic speaking, Qira’at, and Hifz will be considered an added advantage. The age limit is 20 to 28 years, while serving military personnel may apply up to 35 years of age. The minimum height required is 5 ft 3 in (160 cm).

2. Sipahi (General Duty):
This is a frontline combat role requiring strong physical and mental fitness. Applicants must have a minimum education of Matric, with an age requirement of 17.5 to 23 years. The minimum height for this trade is 5 ft 6 in (167.5 cm). Candidates from underprivileged regions may receive height and age relaxation.

3. Sipahi (Technical):
This position involves technical tasks such as mechanics, electronics, or related fields. Applicants must have passed Matric with Science (minimum C grade). Higher qualifications will be preferred. The age range is 17.5 to 23 years, with a minimum height of 5 ft 6 in (167.5 cm).

4. Sipahi (Military Police):
Military Police handle internal discipline and security within the Army. This role requires Matric-level education, and candidates must be tall and fit, with a minimum height of 5 ft 8 in (173 cm). The age range is 17.5 to 23 years.

5. Sipahi (Driver):
This position is for skilled drivers in the Army’s logistics and transport units. Applicants must have a Matric certificate and a valid driving license. The age limit is 17.5 to 23 years, and the minimum height is 5 ft 6 in (167.5 cm).

6. Sipahi (Clerk):
Clerks handle administrative and office tasks. Candidates must have at least an Intermediate education (C grade). For candidates from Balochistan, merged KP districts, and Gilgit-Baltistan, D grade is acceptable. Preference will be given to those with computer diplomas. The age range is 17.5 to 23 years, and minimum height is 5 ft 3 in (160 cm).

7. Sipahi (Cook):
Also known as Sipahi Langri, this role involves preparing food for troops. While formal education is not mandatory, prior experience in cooking is preferred. Candidates should be between 17.5 and 23 years old, with a minimum height of 5 ft 3 in (160 cm).

8. Sanitary Worker (Sipahi Sanitary Worker):
This position is responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in army facilities. No formal education is required, although a primary level education is acceptable. Applicants must be between 17.5 and 35 years old, and have a minimum height of 5 ft 3 in (160 cm).
