1. General Instructions

• Eligibility is determined according to FPSC’s General Instructions on its website.

• Candidates must read and understand these instructions before applying.

2. Procedure to Apply

• Applications must be submitted online via: www.fpsc.gov.pk

• Only one edit is allowed within the closing date.

• Information in the application is final; post-submission claims of experience or correction will not be accepted.

• Syllabus and Admission Certificates will be uploaded to the website before tests.

• No hardcopy of applications is needed.

• Manual applications will not be accepted.

3. Application Fee

• Fee structure:

  • BS-16 to BS-17: Rs. 300/-

  • BS-18: Rs. 750/-

  • BS-19: Rs. 1200/-

  • BS-20 & above: Rs. 1500/-

• Deposit in Government Treasury, NBP, or authorized State Treasury under head:
  C02101-Organs of State – FPSC Exam Fee

• Bank drafts, cheques, postal orders are not accepted.

• Preserve original Treasury Receipt (T.R) for the test; photocopies not accepted.

4. Age Relaxation

• Allowed as per the Recruitment Rules and Relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules, 1993.

• Details available on FPSC website (Para-6 of General Instructions).

5. Shortlisting Criteria

• Shortlisting for interviews will follow Para-16 (A, B, C) of FPSC’s General Instructions.

6. Required Documents (Post-Test Stage)

After the test, shortlisted candidates must provide:

• Attested copies of:

  • Two passport-size photos

  • Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, M.Phil, Ph.D. degrees

  • CNIC

  • Experience certificates (detailed, authorized)

  • Domicile

  • Departmental Permission Certificate (if Govt. employee)

  • Original Treasury Receipt (non-test cases)

• Equivalence certificates (if applicable) from HEC or relevant authority.

• Experience must be from well-known, registered organizations.

• Incomplete or late documents will lead to rejection.

• Submission request does not guarantee interview.

7. Admission Certificate

• Will be uploaded a few weeks before test date.

• Available only on FPSC’s website.

• Candidates may also receive SMS alerts (no postal mail).

8. Test Conduct

• Exam for Consolidated Advt. No. 3/2025 begins 20th September 2025 (Tentative).

• Test schedule and syllabus will be uploaded on FPSC website.

• Must bring:

  • Original CNIC

  • Original T.R

  • Printed Admission Certificate

• Photocopies of T.R are not allowed.

• Preserve original T.R carefully.

9. Change of Examination Centre

• Request only through online portal, at least 1 month before the exam.

10. Application Deadline

• Monday, 28th July 2025
