Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering (1st class, PEC registered) + MSc (preferably in Urban Water Utility/Sanitary/PHE/Environment Engineering)
Experience: 17 years in managerial roles in relevant fields
Age Limit: 50 years (45+5)
2. Director Admin:
Scale: PPS-9
Qualification: Master’s (1st class) in Public/Business Administration or Administrative Sciences
Experience: 12 years at BPS-17 or above; preference for water utility experience
Age Limit: 45 years (40+5)
3. Director HR:
Scale: PPS-9
Qualification: Same as Director Admin
Experience: 12 years in HR/administration roles at BPS-17 level or higher
Age Limit: 45 years (40+5)
4. Director Law:
Scale: PPS-9
Qualification: Master’s (1st class), preferably with LLB/LLM
Experience: 12 years in legal/administrative positions, BPS-17 or above
Age Limit: 45 years (40+5)
5. Director P&D (Planning & Development):
Scale: PPS-9
Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering (1st class, PEC registered) + MSc in relevant field (preferably Urban Water Utility/Sanitary/PHE/Environment)
