1. Manager Operations:
Qualification: Masters/B.E in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering from HEC recognized University (Minimum 16 years education)
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience, including 3 years in similar or senior operational management roles and 3 years in WATSAN sector
Age: 40-55 years
2. Manager Finance:
Qualification: CA, ICMA, CPA, ACCA, CIA or Master Degree in Finance from HEC recognized University (Minimum 16 years education)
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in international, national, public or private organizations
Age: 40-55 years
3. Manager Projects and Works:
Qualification: B.Sc Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University registered with PEC
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in projects of international, national, public, and private organizations
Age: 40-55 years
4. Assistant Manager Solid Waste:
Qualification: Masters/B.E in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering or MSc Environmental Sciences from HEC recognized University (Minimum 16 years education)
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in similar projects/solid waste management preferred
Age: 35-40 years
5. Assistant Manager Waste Water (Sewerage & Drainage):
Qualification: B.E/BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from HEC/PEC recognized University (PEC accredited degree acceptable)
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant experience, preference for Masters and WATSAN/WASH experience
Age: 35-40 years
6. Assistant Manager Procurement and Billing:
Qualification: B.Sc Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University registered with PEC
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant experience in projects
Age: 40-55 years
7. IT Officer:
Qualification: BCS, BIT or MCS from HEC recognized University (16 years education), MCSE/CCNA certification an advantage
Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification relevant experience from international, national, public, or private organizations
Age: 35-40 years

- After CNIC verification, log in and fill out the online application form for the desired post.
- Print the online deposit slip generated after submitting the form.
- Deposit the prescribed test fee through Easy Paisa, UBL Bank, or UBL OMNI agent using the deposit slip.
- Keep the original deposit slip with the bank’s stamp safely for future reference.
- Do not send any documents or testimonials to the ETEA office at this stage.
- Download your Roll No. slip from the ETEA website when notified via SMS before the screening test.
- Appear for the screening test on the scheduled date and venue mentioned on the Roll No. slip.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview and required to submit documents for verification.
