What is USAT?
The Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) is conducted by the Education Testing Council (ETC) for students seeking admission in undergraduate programs in Pakistani universities.
Valid for 2 years
Covers streams like: Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, Computer Science, Commerce, Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities
Accepted by universities that use USAT scores in their admission policy
Also valid for HEC undergraduate scholarships
Who Can Apply?
Students who have:
Completed 12 years of education (HSSC or equivalent), or
Appeared in final exams and are awaiting results

How to Apply for USAT Registration 2025 Apply for HEC Undergraduate Admission Test?
- Visit http://etc.hec.gov.pk for online registration.
- Sign up or log in using your CNIC and email.
- Complete your profile with personal and academic details.
- Select the correct USAT test category based on your academic stream.
- Upload required documents like CNIC/B-Form and certificates.
- Submit the application (do not leave it in save mode).
- Generate a 1Link/1Bill invoice from the portal.
- Pay the test fee via online banking, ATM, or bank branch.
- Click “Verify Online Payment” after paying the fee.
- Download your Roll Number Slip one week before the test.
- Bring your original CNIC/B-Form and Roll Number Slip on test day.

Mobile phones
Calculators
Recording or communication devices
Taking/sharing pictures of question papers
Violation will result in penalties under ETC rules.
