PAF Education Instructor Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality:

• Must be a Pakistani national.

Age:

• Candidates must be between 22 to 29 years of age as of October 13, 2025.

Height:

• Minimum height requirement is 163 cm and maximum 188 cm.

Educational Qualifications:

• Education Instructor Mathematics/Physics/English:

  • Master’s degree (16 years of education) in the relevant subject or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum CGPA of 2.7/4.0 or First Division in the final degree.

• Religious Teacher (Islamic Studies):

  • Intermediate qualification with a Dars-e-Nizami certification from a recognized religious institution.

  • Preference will be given to Hafiz-e-Quran and Qari.

Computer Knowledge:

• Basic computer literacy is required as the recruitment test is computerized.

Physical Fitness:

• Candidates must meet the physical fitness standards, including:

  • 1.6 km run in 9 minutes.

  • Push-ups, sit-ups, and chin-ups within the prescribed time limits.

Marital Status:

• Both married and unmarried candidates can apply.

Medical Standards:

• Candidates must pass the medical examination to be considered fit for service.

Positions Detail To Join PAF as Education Instructor:

Education Instructor Mathematics:

• Responsible for teaching mathematics to PAF personnel.

• Requires a Master’s degree in Mathematics or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

• Minimum CGPA of 2.7/4.0 or First Division required.

Education Instructor Physics:

• Responsible for teaching physics to PAF personnel.

• Requires a Master’s degree in Physics or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

• Minimum CGPA of 2.7/4.0 or First Division required.

Education Instructor English:

• Responsible for teaching English to PAF personnel.

• Requires a Master’s degree in English or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

• Minimum CGPA of 2.7/4.0 or First Division required.

Religious Teacher Islamic Studies:

• Responsible for teaching Islamic Studies to PAF personnel.

• Requires an intermediate qualification and Dars-e-Nizami certification from a recognized religious institution.

• Preference given to Hafiz-e-Quran and qualified Qari.

• Physical Fitness Test
  Criteria for passing the physical fitness test:

  • 1.6 km run in 9 minutes

  • Push-ups: 20 in 2 minutes

  • Sit-ups: 20 in 2 minutes

  • Chin-ups: 15 in 2 minutes

• Candidates who pass the physical fitness test will undergo a psychological test (also subject teachers will have to pass their written exams).

• Selected candidates will be called for an interview at the Air Headquarters Selection Board.

Teaching Jobs at PAF 2025 Ineligibility Criteria:

Candidates who violate the following rules will be deemed ineligible:

• Those medically or disciplinarily declared unsuitable by PAF

• Anyone dismissed from any service training institution

• Candidates who have participated in recruitment tests twice

• Individuals who provide false information or alter their credentials

• Anyone convicted of moral crimes by court judgment
