Qualification: MBA / M.Com / MPA / LLB or equivalent (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field
Preferred: Chartered Secretary certification
Skills Required:
Knowledge of legal & corporate governance
Decision-making and analytical thinking
Strong drafting, IT, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare board agendas, minutes, and papers
Ensure compliance with SECP and other regulatory bodies
Update corporate policies and procedures
Provide legal and governance support
Liaise with regulatory bodies and minimize external legal dependence
