Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Master’s and Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Age:
- 27-40 years.
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government instructions.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the Project to achieve timely results according to:
- PC-1 requirements
- Project Manual for PSDP funded projects
- Instructions/guidelines from the Planning Commission, Project Director, and SMEDA Head Office
- Ensure the completion of the project facility.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of all resources.
- Liaise with cluster associations and relevant stakeholders for timely project implementation to achieve the anticipated objectives.
- Manage the project team and all project activities.
- Overall monitoring of the Project to achieve targets.
- Design and develop SME programs and projects to seek funding from donor agencies.
