 Chief Internal Auditor (CIA):

• Qualification:
  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants
• Experience:
  • At least 10 years of relevant audit experience.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in non-profit organizations.
• Age:
  • Maximum age of 55 years.
• Responsibilities:
  • Accountable to the audit committee with unrestricted access to records.
  • Evaluate accounting, financial, credit
  • Ensure effective management of financial resources.
  • Formulate internal audit programs covering all financial transactions.
  • Undertake special investigations as directed by the audit committee/board.
  • Develop and enforce internal control mechanisms.
  • Create an internal audit plan aligned with the audit committee
