- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years Education) in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
- Experience: 15 years in Engineering/Project Management, including 5 years in senior management (RPS-19 or equivalent)
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Director Environment

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering
- Experience: 12 years with 3 years in senior management (BPS-18 or equivalent), preferably in multilateral-funded projects
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Director Electro-Mechanical

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Experience: 12 years in Engineering/Project Management, including 3 years in senior management (BPS-18 or equivalent)
