Eligibility Criteria for Pakistan Bureau of Statistics Jobs 2025:

1. Member (Resource Management)
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, Finance, or Social Sciences (preferably in Economics, Math, or Stats)
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution (preferably international)
Skills & Experience:
15+ years’ experience, with 5+ years at senior management level
Expertise in HRM, budgeting, audit, administration, planning, legal/litigation matters
Familiarity with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Government systems
Strong understanding of recruitment, career planning, training, and other HR operations
2. Member (Economic Statistics)
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Economics, Econometrics, or Statistics from HEC-recognized university
Skills & Experience:
15+ years’ experience (5+ years in senior management)
Expertise in national/international economic issues, SDGs
Strong data analysis skills
Familiarity with poverty, youth literacy, and income index research
Government systems knowledge is a plus
3. Member (National Accounts)
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Economics, Data Science, Econometrics, Finance, or Statistics from HEC-recognized university
Skills & Experience:
15+ years’ experience (5+ years in senior management)
Strong grasp of macroeconomic indicators, price indices, and data management
Knowledge of international and local macroeconomic data practices
Familiar with data analysis tools and government systems
4. Member (Census and Surveys)
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Statistics, Anthropology, Sociology, or Demography from HEC-recognized university
Skills & Experience:
15+ years’ experience (5+ years in senior management)
Expertise in planning and conducting censuses/surveys using modern techniques
Skilled in developing training modules and survey instruments
In-depth knowledge of sampling and field operations
Government systems knowledge is a plus
