Required Skills:
- Maintain, upgrade, and develop systems for NCEAC using existing and new software technologies.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues.
- Manage NCEAC databases and servers.
- Provide online and over-the-phone support for the NCEAC accreditation system and software.
- Support NCEAC in day-to-day activities and any other tasks assigned by the reporting officer.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word).
