Teller Recruitment 2024 Outline Of Main Duties:

1. To receive cash from Branch Operations Supervisor record denominations for cashier functions, request for additional cash as and when required till close of business hours.
2. To provide account services to customers) by receiving deposits and withdrawals in customer account to facilitate remittance, and various utility bills collection.
3. to guarantee proper cash key storage and vault administration in accordance with bank SOP.
4. To count & sort cash as per SBP directives and match with the details of deposit slip, enter details in the system, credit customer’s account and forward deposit sip beyond assigned limit to Branch Operations Supervisor.
5. To receive, check & process Funds Transfer & ATM related transactions & their balancing.
6. In order to process a customer’s request—such as a change of currency notes—follow the established protocols and advise the client to get in touch with the appropriate employee if they have any questions.
7. To always uphold the greatest standards of customer service in order to guarantee zero compliance and timely client handling (TAT)
8. To prepare the Cash Book, balance and sort the cash, examine the cash before the end of the day using reports supplied by the system, and maintain the relevant documentation.
9. To post all cash-related transactions in the system and balance the cash vouchers
10. Informing customers of new services and product promotions.
