Position: Regional Head North
Location: Lahore
Organization: Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
Role Overview:
Lead and oversee all operations in the Northern Region, ensuring strategic and operational goals of ICAP are met. Report directly to the Secretary ICAP and join the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement operational plans with clear actions and timelines across multiple ICAP functions (Examinations, Education & Training, Members’ Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance, IT).
Supervise regional office heads to ensure compliance and policy implementation.
Represent ICAP in government and non-government forums in the Northern Region.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships (members, corporate sector, education partners, government).
Qualifications & Experience:
Fellow member of ICAP with 15+ years post-qualification experience OR
MBA/Management Master’s from HEC-recognized university (or related field) with 20+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years in C-level role.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
