Eligibility Criteria for Higher Education Commission Jobs 2025:
To be eligible for the HEC Jobs announced in October 2025, candidates must possess a minimum of 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or LLB degree) in relevant fields such as Law Admission Test, Law Admission Test Lat or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university. Specific positions may require specialized skills or certifications, such as SAP modules (BASIS/ABAP/HCM/FI/MM) for ERP-related roles.
For senior positions like Higher Education Aptitude Test, Higher Education Aptitude Test Hat, a minimum of 7 to 12 years of post-qualification experience is mandatory, including managerial and project handling experience in government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, or reputable private organizations. The required age varies by position, ranging from 35 to 55 years (with 5 years general age relaxation already included). Experience gained before the required qualification or through part-time, internship, or honorary roles will not be considered. Candidates currently in government service must apply through the proper channel.
