Position: CAD Trainee – Risk Management
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Proposal Review:
Review credit proposals (CPs) for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
Ensure CPs are approved by all relevant stakeholders.
Credit Documentation:
File/register bank charges with authorities and perfect securities before line release.
Monitor post-disbursal compliance of deferrals and securities per Credit Policy, Credit Procedures Manual, and CAD Internal Process Manual.
Daily review of transactions (ATs/OTs, referral cards, deal tickets) and ensure no procedural exceptions.
Maintain sufficient inventory of finance and security documents; reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Highlight deficiencies, escalate to management, and ensure ratification.
Ensure records are accurately classified and up-to-date in the system.
Vendor Management:
Handle legal procedures, valuations, stock inspections, surveyors, and related activities within agreed SLAs.
Conduct joint visits with Business teams to verify properties, document observations, and validate valuations.
Stock Evaluation / Stock Inspection / Insurance:
Conduct periodic stock evaluations and review insurance policies as per procedural guidelines.
Manage pledge processes, outsourced agencies (muqaddam), DP monitoring, DO issuance, and reporting of shortfalls or forced lifting cases.
Ensure proper follow-up and reporting in CAD monthly updates.
