Important Instructions for Submission of Applications:

General Instructions:

• Eligibility will be determined according to FPSC General Instructions on their official website. Candidates should review these before applying.

Application Procedure:

1. All applications must be submitted online only via the FPSC website: www.fpsc.gov.pk
2. Candidates can edit their application once only before the closing date to correct errors/omissions.
3. Information entered in the online form is final; later claims to experience or qualifications not submitted online will not be accepted.
4. FPSC may upload syllabi for screening/written tests on its website before exams. Candidates should regularly check the website.
5. No hard copies or manual applications will be accepted.
6. Only online applications received on or before the closing date will be processed.

Application Fee:

• BS-16 to BS-17: Rs. 300

• BS-18: Rs. 750

• BS-19: Rs. 1200

• BS-20 and above: Rs. 1500

• Fees must be deposited in a government treasury, National Bank of Pakistan, or authorized State treasury under the head “C02101-ORGANS OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY FPSC”

• Bank draft, cheque, or postal order not accepted

• Preserve original Treasury Receipt (T.R.) to present during the examination; photocopies or bank scrolls will not be accepted.

• Do not send T.R. to FPSC in advance unless requested.

Age Relaxation:

• Age relaxation will be granted as per the Recruitment Rules and Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993 (amended).

• Details are provided in the General Instructions on FPSC’s website.

Shortlisting Criteria for Interviews:

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit and FPSC policy as detailed in the General Instructions.

Documents Required from Candidates:

After test/exam, candidates with higher merit will be asked to submit attested copies of the following within 15 days of notice via post/SMS/email:

• Two recent photographs

• Matriculation certificate

• Intermediate certificate

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, M.Phil., Ph.D. degrees

• CNIC

• Experience certificate (with detailed job description, issued by authorized officer)

• Domicile certificate

• Departmental Permission Certificate (if government servant)

• Original Treasury Receipt (in non-test cases)

Additional points:

• Equivalence certificates (if applicable) must be provided from HEC or relevant body.

• Experience from firms/organizations must be nationally/internationally recognized and properly registered.

• Failure to submit required documents or providing incorrect information may lead to rejection.

• Submission of documents does not guarantee interview shortlisting; eligibility and merit will be verified.

Admission Certificate and Conduct of Test:

• Admission Certificates for Screening/Written tests will be available on the FPSC website a few weeks before exams.

• Candidates must bring original CNIC, Treasury Receipt, and downloaded Admission Certificate to exams.

• No entry without original Treasury Receipt. Photocopies not accepted.

• Tentative date for tests: 19th July 2025 onwards.

• Test schedule and syllabus will be published on FPSC website only.

• No separate communication via post will be sent. SMS or website notification only.

Change of Examination Centre:

• Requests for change of exam centre must be made online at least 1 month before the exam start date.
