Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a Primary, Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s, BA, B.com, DAE, BS or other relevant degree.

• Age Relaxation:
  • Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan: 3 years
  • Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan (for BPS 15 & below): 3 years
  • Armed Forces Retired/Released Officers/Personnel: 15 years or length of service
  • Government servants with 2+ years continuous service: 10 years
  • Disabled persons (with certificate): 10 years
  • Widow/Widower or Son/Daughter of deceased civil servant (post 01-07-2005): 5 years
• Eligibility:
  • Transgender individuals can apply based on eligibility criteria.
  • 1 post in Class-IV category is reserved for persons with disabilities.
  • Married female candidates can apply on their own or husband’s domicile.
  • Age, academic, and professional qualifications determined by application closing date.
  • Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents at the interview.
• Selection Process:
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Typing test for LDC, DEO, and shorthand test for Stenotypist before the interview.
  • No extra marks for higher qualifications or experience.
• Employment Conditions:
  • Government servants must provide a fresh NOC at the interview.
  • Class-IV posts (BPS-1 to 5) filled on a local basis.
  • Medical fitness mandatory for Driver, Mali, and Chowkidar.
  • Dismissed employees or those with a criminal record are ineligible.
  • Candidates with results announced after the closing date are ineligible.
  • FGEI C/G reserves the right to re-conduct tests or re-evaluate candidates.
