Qualification:
University degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (First Division) from a recognized institution
Certified PMP preferred
Professional Engineer degree recognized by PEC
Degree in Project Management/Engineering Management and knowledge of Primavera would be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction of high-rise buildings (7 storeys and above)
Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel
Strong knowledge of construction terms, scheduling, and planning
Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Age Limit: 60 years
Salary Package: Fixed salary as per market standards, commensurate with qualifications and experience
