- Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of teaching and/or research experience in a relevant field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Department, Dean, or equivalent).
- Research Publications: A significant number of research publications in reputable journals.
- Other Requirements: Demonstrated ability to lead research initiatives, supervise Ph.D. students, and contribute to the academic and administrative functions of the department.
