NICL Chief Medical Officer Jobs 2025:
Position: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Number of Posts: 2 (Karachi & Islamabad)
Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
Qualification:
MBBS Degree from a recognized institution (HEC verified, PMDC recognized)
FCPS qualification preferred
Experience:
Minimum 5 years, including house job in general medicine
3 years in tertiary healthcare preferred
Gender: Male/Female
Contract Type: Retainership basis (3 years)
Working Hours: 5 hours daily between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on working days
Key Responsibilities:
Attend emergency cases
Examine employees and refer to hospitals/specialists if needed
Visit admitted employees in hospitals
Scrutinize and endorse medical bills
Conduct medical exams for new recruits
Manage medical facilities and control expenses
Be available telephonically after hours for emergencies
Oversee medical matters for respective zones (South Zone for Karachi, North Zone for Islamabad)
Remuneration: Accounted as medical/administrative expenses (withholding tax deducted)
Termination: Either party may terminate with one month’s written notice or payment in lieu
