Detail of CDA Islamabad Jobs 2024:
Role Overview: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is seeking a Transaction Advisor (TA), either an individual firm or a consortium of firms, specializing in legal and financial advisory services. The TA will be responsible for providing comprehensive advisory support for the Kuri Enclave project in Zone-4, Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Feasibility Study:
- Conduct a thorough feasibility study to assess the viability of the transaction, including financial and legal aspects.
Advisory Services:
- Provide expert advice on various aspects of the transaction, including but not limited to:
- Legal Due Diligence: Evaluate the legal standing of the property and identify any potential legal risks.
- Commercial Assessment: Analyze the commercial viability of the project.
- Financial Feasibility: Conduct a detailed financial feasibility assessment, highlighting potential risks and associated costs.
- Transaction Structuring: Develop a transaction structure that ensures optimal value for money.
- Transaction Documents: Assist in drafting and reviewing technical and legal documents necessary for the transaction.
- Bidding Process: Support the efficient, transparent, and competitive execution of the bidding process and help ensure the successful closure of the transaction.
Partnership:
- Collaborate with a law firm with relevant experience to provide comprehensive legal and financial advisory services.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in real estate transaction advisory services, including handling projects valued over PKR 5 billion in the past 10 years.
- Global Ranking: Evidence of global ranking in recognized league tables over the past 5 years.
- Registration: Proof of registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), as well as active taxpayer status with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.
- Compliance: An undertaking that neither the TA nor any associated member has been blacklisted by any government department or public sector organization.
- Audit Reports: Submission of audit reports for the last three years.
