Capital Development Authority Career 2025:

1. Director General Islamabad Water:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (1st Division) recognized by PEC and a Master’s degree (1st Division) preferably in Urban Water Utility Management, Sanitary Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or Environmental Engineering. The candidate must have at least 17 years of managerial experience in the relevant field. Preference will be given to those with experience in urban water utility management. PEC registration is mandatory.
Age Limit: 50 years (45 + 5)

2. Director Admin:

The candidate must have a Master’s degree (1st Division) in Public or Business Administration or Administrative Sciences. Preference will be given to those having experience in water utility management. A minimum of 12 years of managerial experience in a position equivalent to BPS-17 or above is required.
Age Limit: 45 years (40 + 5)

3. Director HR:

Requires a Master’s degree (1st Division) in HR, Public Administration, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in human resource management at a managerial level (BPS-17 or equivalent). Preference will be given to candidates with relevant HR specialization and leadership roles.
Age Limit: 45 years (40 + 5)

4. Director Law:

A Master’s degree (1st Division) is required, and an LLB or LLM is an added advantage. The applicant must have at least 12 years of experience in legal or related administrative roles in a reputable organization at BPS-17 level or higher.

5. Director Planning & Development (P&D):

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (1st Division, PEC registered) and a Master’s degree (1st Division) preferably in Urban Water Utility, Sanitary, PHE, or Environmental Engineering. The candidate must have 12 years of combined field and managerial experience.
Age Limit: 45 years (40 + 5)

6. Director Civil:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (1st Division, PEC registered) and a Master’s in Water Management, Sanitary, PHE, or Environmental Engineering is required. Must have 12 years of field and managerial experience.
Age Limit: 45 years (40 + 5)

7. Director Finance:

The candidate must have CA, ACCA, ACMA, or a Master’s degree (1st Division) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Economics. 7 years of experience is required for CA/ACCA/ACMA holders, and 12 years for Master’s degree holders in a responsible finance-related role.
