PSPA Research Specialist Jobs 2025 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s / MPhil) in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Sociology, Data Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
✅ Experience:
At least 10 years of relevant experience in social sector research, data collection, policy analysis, or impact assessment.
Must have managed large-scale surveys or research projects.
Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, R, or Python.
✅ Key Skills Required:
Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
Ability to align research with strategic policy objectives
Experience in field challenges, survey monitoring, and data validation.
