FFC Apprenticeship Program 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Maximum age limit: 28 years as on 05 February 2026
Minimum qualification: 2nd division in Matric (Science) with relevant qualification for the selected trade
Educational requirements vary by trade:
Chemical Plant Operator: Matric (Science) + F.Sc OR 3-year DAE in Chemical Technology
Mechanical Technician: Matric (Science) + 3-year DAE in Mechanical Technology
Instrument Technician: Matric (Science) + 3-year DAE in Instrument/Electronics Technology
Electrical Technician: Matric (Science) + 3-year DAE in Electrical Technology
Civil Technician: Matric (Science) + 3-year DAE in Civil Technology
Laboratory Analyst: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering)
Computer Operator: ICS + 1-year IT Diploma OR 3-year DAE in IT
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degree holders are not eligible
Applicants must not be currently enrolled in or have completed any apprenticeship in any industry
Only one trade can be applied for; duplicate applications will not be entertained

Step 1 – Apply on FFC Career Portal
- Visit careers.ffc.com.pk
- Register and submit biodata & academic qualifications (SSC/HSSC/Diploma)
- Click “I Accept” under the Statement of Declaration on the Submit Your Resume page
- Select only one trade and click Apply
- Deadline: 26 October 2025
Step 2 – Apply for NTS Written Test
- Visit nts.org.pk and register for the FFC Apprenticeship test
- Test Dates: 7 September 2025 (1st test) or 5 October 2025 (2nd test)
- Pay test fee via bank, ATM, mobile banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS counters
- Download and print fee challan/deposit slip from NTS website
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates (who applied on both FFC & NTS portals) will be called for final interviews
- Interview locations: FFC Plant Site Goth Machhi, Lahore, and Karachi
- TA/DA will be reimbursed as per company policy
