Educational Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher in Management Sciences, Educational Leadership, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized institution.

Multidisciplinary academic background across various faculties is preferred.
Experience:

Minimum 10 years of progressive academic leadership experience including curriculum planning, staff development, and institutional oversight.

Total of 15–20 years in relevant educational or administrative roles.

Experience in managing school systems or educational chains is highly desirable.
Additional Preferences:

Participation in at least two international conferences.

Publications in W, X, and Y category journals (higher number preferred).
Age Limit:

Candidate must be 50 years or older at the time of appointment.
