For the post of Advisor / Specialist / Experts (PPS-11, BS-21 equivalent), candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Sc./B.E.) along with 16 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates with a Master’s degree require 12 years of relevant experience, while those with a PhD require 8 years of relevant experience. The maximum age limit is 55 years. The areas of specialization required are Chemical/Petrochemicals, Steel and other Metals, Heavy Engineering, and Engineering Services.

For the post of Accounts Officer / Drawing & Disbursement Officer (PPS-07, BS-17 equivalent), applicants must hold a 16 years’ degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance such as B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification recognized by HEC. At least 5 years of practical experience in handling government accounts and administrative affairs, preferably related to PSDP funded projects, is required. Previous experience as a Drawing & Disbursement Officer (DDO), or professional qualifications such as PIPFA or SAS, will be an added advantage. The maximum age limit is 35 years.

For the post of Business Development Officer (PPS-07, BS-17 equivalent), candidates must possess a 16 years’ degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Marketing/PR, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in media handling, stakeholder coordination, and organization of seminars, workshops, official events, conferences, and symposia is required. The maximum age limit for this position is 35 years.

For the post of Research Assistant (PPS-06, BS-16 equivalent), applicants must have a 16 years’ degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Marketing/PR, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory. The maximum age limit for this post is 30 years.
