1. Program Manager (1 Post):
- Education: Master’s in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

- Education: Master’s in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in designing and executing awareness campaigns, social marketing initiatives, or advocacy programs, with expertise in media planning, digital marketing, and public outreach.
3. Consultant – Awareness, Media Content Development & Promotion (1 Post):
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, or Mass Communication.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital content creation, media strategy, and online promotion, particularly for large-scale public awareness campaigns in government, donor-funded, or energy-sector projects.
4. Consultant IT Expert – Data & Web Analyst (1 Post):
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Software, or Computer Science.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in programming languages and data visualization tools, with advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
5. Consultant IT Expert – Graphic & Multimedia Designer (1 Post):
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or Visual Communication.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation. Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Freepik resources.
6. Consultant Expert – Mediation & Coordination (1 Post):
- Education: Master’s in Business Administration, Public Policy, IT, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, program coordination, and evaluation, including public-private partnerships.
7. Consultant IT Expert – Web Development & UI/UX Developer (1 Post):
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Software, or Computer Science.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in programming languages such as Python, .NET, or PHP. Experience with WordPress, Drupal, and front-end technologies (Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS).
