Export-Import Bank of Pakistan (EXIM Bank) is looking for exceptional, passionate, and visionary professionals to join its dynamic team as it leads the development of Pakistan’s official Export Credit Agency.
As Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing the bank’s compliance strategy

Ensuring adherence to SBP regulations and global best practices

Leading policies related to KYC, AML, CFT, and Proliferation Financing

Reviewing internal documents and communications for regulatory compliance
-
Monitoring regulatory changes and managing compliance risks

Liaising with SBP and other regulators

Delivering staff training and representing compliance in board/stakeholder meetings

Creating a Trade-Based Money Laundering framework
Qualification Requirements:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

Institute: Recognized local or international university (HEC-accredited)
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking or DFIs in Pakistan

At least 4 years in a senior leadership compliance role within a bank or DFI
