Power Information Technology Company (PITC) is a government-affiliated organization that provides modern IT solutions and support to Pakistan’s power sector entities such as DISCOs, GENCOs, and NTDC. PITC has recently announced a vacancy for the position of Company Secretary, a key executive role reporting to the Board of Directors.

The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, regulatory adherence, and good corporate governance practices. This position demands a highly skilled professional capable of guiding the organization in statutory matters and board-related affairs.

Eligible candidates must hold a recognized qualification such as membership in a professional accounting or secretarial body, or a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Law from an HEC-recognized university.
