Lahore: On Friday November 1, 2024, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif conducted a digital balloting for Green Tractor Scheme Punjab 2024 for Punjab farmers.
Along with a number of other authorities, Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb attended the balloting event.
Latest Green Tractor Punjab Program 2024:
As part of the steps the provincial government is taking to support the growers, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz approved the “CM Punjab Green Tractor Scheme” for farmers throughout the province earlier this year after taking office following the elections on February 8.
In a meeting presided over by PML-N President Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz, the consent was given. A thorough briefing on the Kissan Package had also been provided during the meeting.
9,500 tractors will be given to farmers as part of the program. Landowners with up to 50 acres will receive a Rs1 million subsidy for each tractor.
Punjab Green Tractor Scheme Winners 2024:
The chief minister presented the first three winners’ tractors during the ceremony. In the initial green tractor scheme successful candidates the following three successful persons are called for winners tractors scheme 2024 ceremony: Muhammad Yasin, son of Muhammad Ashraf of Okara; Talib Hussain, son of Muhammad Hussain of Chakwal; and Ghulam Akbar, son of Haji Ghulam Hussain of Dera Ghazi Khan, are the first three ballot winners.
Green Tractor Scheme Official Balloting Results 2024:
In this ceremony held in Lahore today, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz officially launched the “Green Tractor Scheme Balloting 2024,” a scheme that used a ballot method to distribute more than nine tractors to farmers at reduced prices.
Farmers in the most populous area of the country submitted over 15lac applications, demonstrating the tremendous response to the program. The initiative offers a significant tractor subsidy of Rs1 million to farmers with land holdings ranging from 1 to 50 acres.
