The Higher Education Department (HED) has announced CTI Jobs 2025 Punjab to fill vacant teaching posts in government colleges across the province. A total of 8,084 College Teaching Interns (CTIs) will be recruited under this scheme for the academic session 2025–26. These positions include special quotas for minorities, disabled persons, and the transgender community.
The CTI Teaching Jobs 2025 in Colleges offer a monthly stipend of Rs. 50,000, making it one of the most attractive temporary teaching opportunities in Pakistan. Candidates with a Master’s degree (16 years of education) in a relevant subject are eligible, while MPhil and PhD degree holders will be given preference.
According to the official CTI Jobs Advertisement 2025, the recruitment process will start in September. The list of available vacancies will be displayed on 16 September 2025 at each college as well as on the CTI Jobs Apply Online Portal. Interested applicants must submit their forms online between 16 September and 22 September 2025, which is the Last Date to Apply CTI Jobs 2025.
After this, merit lists will be displayed, and interviews will be conducted from 29 September to 01 October 2025. The final list of selected candidates will be issued in early October, and they will be required to join their colleges by 07 October 2025.
All applications for the Punjab Government CTI Jobs 2025 will be submitted online through the hed.punjab.gov.pk CTI Jobs Apply Online Portal. This digital system ensures complete transparency in the selection process. The tentative merit list will be displayed on 22 September 2025, while objections can be filed from 23 to 25 September 2025.
The final merit list will be available on 25 September 2025. Each applicant must present their original documents at the time of the interview. Since the hiring process is subject- and college-specific, candidates should apply carefully according to their specialization.

Intermediate Level: w.e.f 01.10.2025 to 30.04.2026 (7 months)
BS/Graduate Level: w.e.f 01.10.2025 to 31.07.2026 (10 months)
Or till arrival of regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.

Teaching Interns Jobs 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification
For BS Colleges: MS/M.Phil/PhD (in relevant subject)
Minimum requirement: Master’s (16 years education)
Age Limit
No age limit.
Period of Placement
Intermediate Level: 7 months
BS/Graduate Level: 10 months
Replacement Rule
If a CTI resigns / does not join, the next candidate in merit will be offered placement for the remaining period.
Leave
Two (02) casual leaves per month.
TA/DA
Not admissible.
Nature of Contract
Placement is purely temporary / stop-gap and can be terminated anytime due to unsatisfactory performance.
Transfer
Placement is subject- and college-specific.
Fake Documents
If forged/bogus documents are used, placement will be void ab initio, stipend will be recovered, and legal action taken.
Joining Period
Selected CTI must join within 7 days of offer, otherwise placement will be withdrawn.
Stipend
Rs. 50,000/- per month (both Intermediate & Graduate Level)
Paid only via cross cheque/bank account
Marks Distribution
Academic Qualification: 85 marks
Above Master (MPhil/PhD): 5 marks
Position Holder (Board/University): 5 marks
Interview/Presentation: 5 marks
Total = 100 Marks
Experience Certificate
Issued only on successful completion of tenure and meeting criteria.
Union/Association
CTIs have no right to form unions or associations.
If indulging in such activities, placement will be cancelled automatically.
