Junior Contract Engineer:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Experience: 3+ years in engineering, with experience in hydropower projects; registered with PEC
• Skills: Contract claims management, variations management, management of Contractor’s Interim Payment Applications (IPAs), preparation of Price Adjustments, value engineering, commercial proposals, and financial management.

Junior Procurement Engineer:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Experience: 3+ years in construction, including 2 years in procurement; expertise in multilateral development banks (MDB) guidelines and familiarity with PPRA and PEC rules; registered with PEC
• Skills: Expertise in developing Bidding Documents, Qualification Criteria, Bid Evaluation, Prequalification, Requests for Proposal (RFPs) in compliance with MDB guidelines. Participation in Pre-Bid Meetings, Bid Opening proceedings, and Contract Discussion Agreements independently.

Junior Site Engineer (Tunnels):

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Experience: 3+ years in construction, with at least 2 years in tunneling, preferably in hydropower projects; registered with PEC
• Skills: Good knowledge of construction methods, operations, materials, and equipment involved in underground construction; problem-solving, analytical skills, and knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. Experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and management. Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
