Qualifications and Experience:
From the Service of Pakistan:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 25 years in management and administration.
- 3 years as a head of a relevant administrative department.
- 3 years in regulatory enforcement.
- 3 years in public procurement.
- Serving in Basic Pay Scale 21 or equivalent.
From the PCAA:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 25 years as an officer of the PCAA.
- 3 years in public procurement.
- Serving as Deputy Director General or equivalent.
From the Private Sector:
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- 10 years in civil aviation or regulatory enforcement, with at least 5 years in senior management.
Emoluments:
- Salary and allowances are to be determined by the appointing authority.
- Maximum age limit for appointment: 57 years.
- Term of appointment: 3 years.
